Our conference package

• Room rental and provision costs for a suitable conference room incl. standard conference technology (screen, 1x pin board, 1x flipchart incl. sufficient paper, WiFi in the conference room)
• Biodegradable pencil and notepads made from 100% recycled paper in the conference room
• Unlimited cold drinks in the conference room (regional juices and mineral water)
• Two varied coffee breaks with coffee, organic tea, regional and seasonal sweet, savory and vital snacks, as well as a selection of organic juices, smoothies made from regional fruits, prepared organic fruit muesli with organic yogurt and honey or similar.
• 1 lunch as a 2-course menu using local and seasonal products, including from regional suppliers, including a vegetarian component
• Cold drinks with lunch (regional juices, mineral water)

Technical support: from 65.00 euros per employee / hour

All conference packages quoted include VAT at the current statutory rate and can be booked for groups of 10 or more.
