No two days alike: Host, entertainer, local guide, problem-solver — "hotel specialist" barely covers it. The range of what happens under our roof will show you what you're capable of and where your path can lead.
Whether there's a front-desk agent, a cook, a housekeeper or a server in you — you've probably found out along the way. We'll give your talents the best possible stage, even if you're switching careers.

What we look for: You're curious, creative and genuinely enjoy hosting. You fit into an existing team, you're known for your care and friendliness, and you know that in our trade, weekends and holidays are showtime. No two days alike: A freshly prepared room is the first impression our guests get — and often the one they remember longest. As part of our housekeeping team, you make sure guests feel at home from the very first moment. Your work is the quiet foundation of a great stay.
What you'll do: You clean and care for our guest rooms and public areas, prepare rooms with an eye for detail and make sure everything is in its place. Fresh towels, sparkling bathrooms, an inviting bed — you know it's the small things that make the difference.
What you bring: You're reliable, motivated and happy working in a team. Housekeeping experience is nice but not required — career changers are expressly welcome. Basic German is all you need here; our team is international, and English will take you far.
