Unplug, relax and recharge with a wonderful burst of fresh energy. On your stay in the Elbe-Havel region, ArtHotel Kiebitzberg® gives you a choice of two saunas — gently warm or classic Finnish hot. Use is free of charge for hotel guests.

The saunas

Two kinds of heat — gentle bio or classic Finnish.

Bio sauna

The gentle option: at no more than 60 °C and around 50% humidity, it's easy on your circulation and good for skin and airways. Instead of infusions, essential oils release their scent — eucalyptus and thyme, citrus, lavender and camomile. Because it is milder, you can relax here for longer too.

Finnish sauna

The classic wooden sauna for a proper sweat: dry heat of up to 100 °C at just 10–30 % humidity. It is precisely the low humidity that makes the high temperature so agreeable — the deep, cleansing sweat bath.
