Bio sauna
The gentle option: at no more than 60 °C and around 50 % humidity, it is kind to your circulation and good for skin and airways. Instead of infusions, essential oils release their scent — eucalyptus and thyme, citrus, lavender and camomile. Because it is milder, you can relax here for longer too.
Finnish sauna
The classic wooden sauna for a proper sweat: dry heat of up to 100 °C at just 10–30 % humidity. It is precisely the low humidity that makes the high temperature so agreeable — the deep, cleansing sweat bath.

In the interest of sustainability, we only heat the sauna on request. Please register your sauna session at reception at least 1 hour in advance — then it will be warm at the time you want. A phone call is all it takes: 039387 595151.
